Training Objectives

The Capability Maturity Model® -Based Assessment (CBA) Internal Process Improvement (IPI) Site Coordinator workshop was planned to be a one day workshop to cover the following:
An overview of the CBA IPI assessment process.
A review of the Document Reference Sheets for the KPAs of Maturity Level 2 and 3. This will enable the site coordinators to gather up the types of document needed for the assessment.
Duties of the site coordinator. This would include a checklist of actions that needs to be accomplished in order to complete the logistical arrangements for a CBA IPI or a gap analysis.

Prerequisites
|
| |
The workshop should include at least one representative of all companies to undergo a CBA IPI or gap analysis. This person must have attended the SEI – Introduction to CMM® course. He will serve as the site coordinator for the CBA IPI or gap analysis. With the knowledge from this workshop, the organization can prepared to have the assessment completed in one visit of the lead assessor.

He is a qualified SCAMPI Lead appraiser , CBA-IPI Lead Assessor , and lead Evaluator for the CMM for Software (SW-CMM).He is also a qualified instructor for the introduction to CMMI , Introduction to the SW-CMM, Introduction to SA-CMM ,SCE V3.0 Team Training, and the SEI Continuous risk Management Course.
