This training course provides details about the project planning and project tracking Concepts. The course will discuss how to implement the activities required to accomplish the planning and tracking of the software project. The participants acquires the necessary knowledge to develop project plan, estimate the size of software, divide the software life cycle in manageable size stages, tracking the schedule preparing and documenting corrective actions track.
