Project 2 : Software Process Improvement for Small and Medium Enterprises:
- Phase I: Pilot Implementation:
  - Selecting 4 companies by the service provider in cooperation with SECC & IMC.
  - Providing technical support to the 4 companies by international & local consultants.
  - Revising and updating the guide.
- Phase 2: Full Implementation:
  - Applying implementation on 16 companies by the local consultants with remote consultations from international consultants.
