Contact Centers Certification Project Seminar

SECC held a seminar on "Contact Centers Certification Project", under the auspices of H.E. Dr. Tarek Kamel – Minister of communications and Information Technology on July 19th, 2006 at the Marriott hotel.
The event was attended by H.E. Dr. Tarek Kamel, approximately 200 representative from contact centers operating in Egypt, IT companies, prominent figures, as well as MCIT, ITIDA and SECC staff.
The seminar aimed at highlighting the support that SECC would provide in certifying contact centers through a global leader in contact centers consulting & certification namely: Customer Operations Performance Centre (COPC).
