About the Training

The Java 2 Micro Edition (J2ME) provides a programming platform for a wide range of mobile and embedded devices. The main objective of this course is to provide participants with the basic knowledge of J2ME mobile application programming. It covers topics related to J2ME configurations and profiles, MIDP development process, basic UI programming, mobile persistent storage system, as well as messaging and threading. The course will provide hands on experience in implementing practical mobile applications in the context of multimedia, Bluetooth, and GPS.
