SECC is proudly announcing that Ms. Manal Helmy and Dr. Yasser Dakroury have been qualified as SEI – Authorized CMMI Instructors to deliver Introduction to CMMI course worldwide, except in the USA. They have successfully delivered the first SEI Introduction to CMMI course on September 20th – 23rd , 2006., in Cairo.

She got her B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering,
Ain Shams University, Cairo (Egypt).

Dr. Yasser Dakroury is a professor of Computer Engineering at Ain Shams
University in Cairo (Egypt). He has 25 years of experience in data
communications and information technology field. Currently, Dr. Dakroury is
the Managing Director of the Egyptian E-Learning University (EELU)
project at the ministry of higher education in Egypt. Meanwhile, He is acting
as a consultant for the Software Engineering Competence Center (SECC) in
