Scope of work
 
  • In line with SECC practices of offering services to the IT community in Egypt to leverage their performance, the program aims at building the ITIL® capabilities to a number of candidate companies by adopting ITIL® v3 best practices.

SECC - ITIL® Services
 
  1. ITIL® Training:
    SECC provides ITIL® Foundation v3.0 training in three consecutive days (total of 24 Hours). A week after, paper-based exam is conducted; SECC provides the training and the exam in two alternatives. (Maximum number of attendees is 20):
    • Alternative 1: Training and Exam will be held at SECC premises (with no minimum number of attendees).
    • Alternative 2: Training will be held at your premises with a minimum number of 10 attendees, Exam will be held at SECC premises a week after the training.

  2. ITIL® Assessment:
    SECC consultant will conduct a five-day assessment at the customer’s premises, meanwhile a report with the gap analysis and actions will be presented to the company, after two weeks of the assessment.

  3. ITIL® Consultancy:
    Based on the assessment results, a number of consultancy days will be required to cover:
    • Improving the current process(es)
    • New process(es) definition and implementation
    • Solving ITIL® – related issues
    • Awareness
