SECC proudly announces that Ms. Marian Tadrous has been qualified as an authorized SCAMPI Lead Appraiser from the Software Engineering Institute (SEI). Ms. Tadrous has over 16 years experience in software industry. She has eight years experience in software quality management including five years in leadership position and three other in software quality consulting.
To be an authorized SCAMPI Lead Appraiser, Ms. Marain obtained an extensive training program:

- Intermediate Concepts of CMMI course
- SCAMPI Lead Appraiser Training
- All exams and assignments as per the SEI requirements
Up to date, SECC has qualified three of its experts to be SEI-Lead Appraisers. Another one candidate is on the way.
