SECC/ITIDA Oracle Development Program
   
 
SECC has provided many programs aiming at supporting acceleration of the software industry in Egypt. This program provides Oracle technologies to 50 Egyptian software companies. The program also includes value-added services as technical training, consultation, support, and certification of human resources.

SECC's objectives in this regard are:
  • Provide software companies with legal development infrastructure toolsets that facilitate adhering to best practices in software engineering while operating on state-of-the-art technologies
  • Build capacity of software companies
  • Reduce skill mismatch and fill in the market gap between available and needed resources
  • Increase companies' competitive advantage and hence Egypt's share in offshore outsourcing
