Software Engineering Institute (SEI)
SECC has become a partner to the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) of Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) in the USA since January 2006. The partnership authorizes SECC to deliver the Introduction to CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) course, Personal Software Process (PSP) / Team Software Process (TSP) courses, Team Software Process (TSP) coaching as well as delivering SCAMPI (Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement) services commercially worldwide except in the USA.

Fundacion Tecnalia Research & Innovation (Tecnalia) is the leading private and independent research and technology entity in Spain and the fifth largest in Europe.
TECNALIA is SECC strategic alliance in the RECOCAPE project coordinated and executed by SECC within the 7th Framework Programme (FP7) funded by the European Commission. RECOCAPE focuses on potential technologies related to Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Semantic Web, Model-Driven Development (MDD), and Embedded Ubiquitous Computing, where TECNALIA is an expert in SOA and MDD technologies.

International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB)
In May 2009, the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB), the most reputable and largest global non-profit organization in software testing operating in more than 40 countries, has approved SECC application to establish an Egyptian Software Testing Board (ESTB). ESTB aims at standing as a body that will certify and accredit software testing practices in accordance with the ISTQB qualifications.

BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT
In 2010, SECC has been approved as an ISEB (Information Systems Examination Board) Accredited Training Partner and ISEB Accredited Training Organization and Exam Center for the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. Currently, SECC has two Certified ITIL Foundation Training Instructors. ISEB is a reputable Exam Institute in England.
ISEB is now substituted by BCS, The Chartered Institute of IT.

SECC partnered with the Syrian Computer Society (SCS) in 2009 to provide SECC services to the Syrian ICT companies through SCS as SECC marketing partner. SCS objective is to help develop the IT culture in the Syrian society, among students, businessmen, government officials and others. Eight Syrian companies participated at the SPI of SMEs Program, three of which have been appraised to CMMI Maturity Levels 2 & 3.
