Software Engineering Institute (SEI)

SECC has became a partner to the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) of Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) in the USA since January 2006. The partnership authorizes SECC to deliver the Introduction to CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) course, Personal Software Process (PSP) / Team Software Process (TSP) courses, Team Software Process (TSP) coaching as well as delivering SCAMPI (Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement) services commercially worldwide except in the USA.
CMMI Institute, LLC

SECC is a strategic partner to the CMMI Institute, LLC in the Middle East region, possessing a number of qualified instructors and lead appraisers who have a demonstrated experience in the field of process improvement.

The CMMI® Institute, LLC is the home of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®). The Institute supports the worldwide adoption of its technologies in small and large organizations alike in a variety of industries, including aerospace, finance, health services, software, defense, transportation and telecommunications. It licenses its products and services through a network of delivery partners.
Open Group

In October 2015, the Open Group Accredited certified that TOGAF® 9.1 from SECC is an Accredited TOGAF Training Course and complies with the TOGAF 9 accreditation requirements in the Open Group TOGAF® Certification for People program for Level 1 (Foundation) and Level 2 (Certified).

Fundacion Tecnalia Research & Innovation (TECNALIA, Spain)

Fundacion Tecnalia Research & Innovation (Tecnalia) is the leading private and independent research and technology entity in Spain and the fifth largest in Europe. TECNALIA is SECC strategic alliance in the RECOCAPE project coordinated and executed by SECC within the 7th Framework Programme (FP7) funded by the European Commission. RECOCAPE focuses on potential technologies related to Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Semantic Web, Model-Driven Development (MDD), and Embedded Ubiquitous Computing, where TECNALIA is an expert in SOA and MDD technologies.

International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB)

In May 2009, the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB), the most reputable and largest global non-profit organization in software testing operating in more than 40 countries, has approved SECC application to establish an Egyptian Software Testing Board (ESTB). ESTB aims at standing as a body that will certify and accredit software testing practices in accordance with the ISTQB qualifications.

Open Data Institute (ODI)

SECC joined ODI global network as "Cairo Node" in May 2015. Cairo Node is the first ODI node in Africa to offer training programs, workshops, and events to promote and enable value creation through open data in Egypt.

ODI is a non-profit organization founded by Sir Tim Berners-Lee and Sir Nigel Shadbolt in UK with the goal of catalyzing the evolution of Open Data culture to create economic, environmental and social value. ODI helps unlock supply, generates demand, creates and disseminates knowledge to address local and global issues.
APMG- International

In 2015, APMG-International accredited SECC as COBIT 5 Accredited Training Organization, to deliver COBIT 5 Foundation Level Training and Certification.

APMG-International is an award-winning Examination Institute. APMG accredits professional training and consulting organizations and manages certification schemes for knowledge-based workers.

In August 2016, ITIL® Practitioner Module was added to SECC's ITIL portfolio with APMG as an ATO offering ITIL Training and Certification

The ITIL Practitioner® certificate, was launched as part of the overall ITIL® qualification scheme. As the name suggests, ITIL Practitioner targets those who are responsible for implementing or sponsoring the implementation of ITIL® in practice
