- SECC SPIN Event has been organized to explore Information Technology Infrastructure Library Services as a set of best practices for IT Service Management. It consists of a series of publications giving guidance on the provision of quality IT Services, processes and facilities needed to support them. ITIL is drawn from the public and private sectors internationally and is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world.
