Several years ago, SECC experts team took the initiative of developing a Software Process Improvement Guide, SPIG, that can help small and medium enterprises improve their processes and hence their products. For more than 6 years; SECC helped one hundred and twenty companies reach higher levels of internal process improvement, many of which have easily moved later to the complex CMMI® model of the SEI^®.
