In November 2006, SECC extended its partnership with the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) of Carnegie Mellon University in the USA to teach SEI’s Personal Software Process (PSP) training courses, launch and coach SEI’s Team Software Process (TSP) teams, and deliver the TSP courses, commercially worldwide except in the USA.
