SECC SPI for SMEs, 2008 Program
   
 
SECC organizined The SPI for SMEs (Software Process Improvement for Small and Medium Enterprises) program for the third time. The program aimed at building the capacity of local IT SME's in process improvement with the purpose of qualifying them to participate in exporting their products and services, as well as become reliable partners while cooperating with international offshore enterprises and organizations for offshore development or even other local IT companies.

The targeted group for this intervention were 20 eligible IT SMEs offering a wide range of products and services.

    A kickoff meeting for the "SPI for SMEs 2008 Program" was held on March 11th, 2008 at SECC premises. The meeting was attended by 40 IT specialists from the 20 selected IT companies to participate in the project
