SPI for SMEs Program 8th round progresses with consultancy visits offered through SECC experts to the 14 participating companies.
The objective of the consultancy visits is to build the capacity of local IT small and medium enterprises to understand the business of the organization, coaching and mentoring for the implementation of the Software Process Improvement Guide (SPIG). The program started earlier in April 2012 with the training service to the participating companies during April & May 2012.
The SPIG is a product detailing an adaptable process of excellence in software development based on CMMI for Development & CMMI for Services.
