Wasla Contact Center obtains COPC CSP Standard Certification funded by ITIDA and managed by SECC on 29 September, 2012
Wasla is the fourth in a row after ECCO, C3 and Mobinil to get COPC certification as part of the project that started in year 2006 to certify contact centers operating in Egypt with the COPC CSP Standard. Currently, ITIDA funds and SECC manages the certification process of Esnad BDO, Stream and Etisal International to acquire COPC CSP Standard. |
